ABOUT NATALIE
Hi, I'm Natalie Kitchen.
I'm a Nervous System Reset Coach, Breath Coach, Stretch Coach and complementary therapist based in Northwich, Cheshire.
My mission is simple: to help people move from stress, overwhelm and burnout to greater calm, resilience and wellbeing through science-backed breath and body-based practices.


MY JOURNEY
My journey into health and wellbeing began with a degree in Health Sciences Adult Nursing at the University of Surrey, qualifying with a BSc (Hons) in 2002. After working on acute medical and surgical wards, I experienced first-hand the pressures that many caring professionals face and eventually left nursing due to burnout.
Although I went on to run a successful business, I always felt drawn back to helping people improve their health and wellbeing. In 2019, I trained as a complementary therapist and founded Weaver Therapies, offering massage, reflexology and aromatherapy from my garden studio in Northwich.
Over the years, I continued to expand my knowledge and qualifications, training in deep tissue massage, pregnancy massage, Indian head massage, facial reflexology, Thai stretch massage, Reiki and cancer & palliative care therapies.
A TURNING POINT
As my work evolved, I began to notice a common theme. Many of the people seeking help for pain, tension, poor sleep, anxiety, overwhelm and burnout weren't simply experiencing physical symptoms. Their nervous systems were stuck in a constant state of stress.
This led me to explore breathwork, stretching, meditation, sound healing and nervous system regulation more deeply.
I trained as both a Breath Coach and Stretch Coach through YOGABODY Teachers College and became passionate about helping people understand that true wellbeing doesn't come from a single treatment. It comes from learning practical tools that support the body and mind every day.
MY APPROACH TODAY
Today, my work combines the best of both worlds. I still offer hands-on therapies to help people relax, restore and recover, but I also teach practical skills that empower people to take an active role in their own wellbeing. Through breath coaching, stretch coaching, nervous system reset sessions, workshops and group programmes, I help clients develop simple, sustainable habits that improve stress resilience, focus, sleep, energy and overall quality of life.
My approach is grounded in science, delivered with compassion and focused on real-life results.
